In Kind Collection Booth for May 13, 2018 As part of our ongoing efforts to empower all – we will provide an in kind collection booth for all our events. For this upcoming bazaar, there will be a collection booth for Rumah Wargaemas Dhaalia on Old Klang Road, taken care by Eugenie Patrick.
May 14, 2019 Proud to update – Women’s Innovative Empowerment Network used part of the bazaar profits of ‘Sept 16 2018 Malaysia Day Bazaar’ to sponsor the social media course For the Ladies of PPAS Kampung Lindungan who “graduated” from their social media classes today 4 May (Sat). Also was able to do a walkthrough on enhancing their Entrepreneurial journey on WiEN & similar platforms.

This Deepavali, the chidren + teens at Heavenly Child home, feel a lot more loved with the kindness of the WiENers here.
We collected rm2k for clothing essentials, shoes for 25 of them. Spent half a day at Tesco Puchong today getting all the items & ended with KFC for them. Elated from organizing a hip & happening event yesterday + today, more givebacks from this Awesome community. Thanks to the kind souls who contributed, who have asked to remain anonymous.
WiEN Gives Back + Cares – Visit to PJ Caring Home, PJ Old Town, 19 Jan 2020*
Visit & handover of food & basic necessities in light of CNY. There are 60+ women between ages 30-70+.
Was a small impromptu initiative kick-started by May Khoo this round, to ease the burden and provide some company + dignity to the women here.
WIEN CNY 2021 Muhibbah Charity drive
We just recently concluded a successful Charity Collection of RM10,618 to benefit 7 charities, WAO, SEED, Rumah Kita, Rumah Charis, etc. So we will also launch an Adopt a Charity program, where we will sponsor min 2 charities and provide a complimentary booth for collection of essentials.
July 20, 2021 – We do know Uncle Kentang is working at the grass roots, without fear nor favour, & focused on diversity. Hence, we reached out to him, to support the ongoing good deeds.

Week 1 completed with fundamentals Week 2 live skills on soap making with Shobah Roy from Tribal Asia & Nalini Velaitham from Dr Beads Jewelry to conduct an accessories workshop. WIEN as one of the lowest cost bazaars in Klang Valley, still continues to Support OKU & Single Mothers by offering discounted booths since 2020. We have also been providing free booth to Women’s Aid Organization (WAO) since April 2021.
